Grandpa stories
Well, do you want the Good News or the Bad News on this episode of Filibuster? After telling some grandpa stories, Jason, Adam, and Ben give you the good news first: the District of Columbia will allow 2,000 fans for D.C. United games at Audi Field, and we get to keep hearing more and more about Hernan Losada's coaching philosophy, and that makes us excited.
But there's also the bad news: Steven Birnbaum had a second surgery on his ankle, and all of a sudden D.C. United's back line is looking shakey. We also discuss the wild decision to make the performance in the first 3 MLS regular season games be the qualifier for who gets into this year's smaller US Open Cup. Give it a listen!
